Tiffins - Cherwell

This Indian Takeaway was probably the worst I've ever had. The food was flavorless and arrived cold. Overall, it was not enjoyable and even made me feel unwell.

Wonderful tradition family business, food was cracking service was good however they were busy. The banquet night remains extremely popular post lockdown and is flexible to a reasonable degree, contactless payments accepted.

While staying with my elderly, disabled mother, we opted to get takeout from Tiffins Tandoori. We were thoroughly impressed with every aspect of the service we received. The person who took our order over the phone was friendly and helpful, the food was delivered on time by a very friendly individual, and the meal itself was delicious, generous in portion, perfectly hot, and freshly cooked. Thank you for a fantastic dining experience. We highly recommend this restaurant.

After hearing great things about Tiffins, we decided to give it a try. After spending £57 for four people we expected it to be good. Unfortunately we were wrong. We ordered a delivery and the driver forgot to give us both bags of food, so we ended up ringing back up and the driver came back and gave us the other bag of food. We were willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and thought that maybe it was a very busy Saturday night. However, the food left much to be desired. The popadoms tasted burnt, the onion bharjis were dry and way too crispy. My rice was EXTREMELY watery and even after pouring the excess fluid down the sink, I found my plate full of water once again. This was a big disappointment and not worth the money at all! Finally, we did not receive the bottle of wine that is advertised if you spend over £45. All and all a negative experience and we will be taking our business elsewhere in future. Normally not ones to cause a fuss, we felt that the food and service justified a review.

We decided to go out for a curry at Tiffins and weren’t disappointed.we have been many times but tonight was banquet night. Value for money, lovely polite, attentive staff. Food was delicious will definitely return
