Giovanni's Pizza - Chesapeake

This is not the correct location for Monty's Pizza; it's actually called Dairybell. However, the food is excellent, and the ice cream is simply indulgent!

I encountered a young employee at the drive-thru who prepared a terrible pizza. When I asked for a refund, I was told that I needed to speak to a manager, but they refused to assist me at that moment.

They definitely don't understand what "light sauce" and "extra cheese" mean. The pizza was tasty, but it ended up being quite messy. I probably won't choose this place for pizza next time, but since we ordered just before closing, I'll cut them some slack. It wasn't the best pizza I've had, but it wasn't the worst either.

FSandwich breads cooked to hard. Mayo slathered on and made sandwiches to messy after requesting light mayo. And they left my baked potato at store and I didn't get it or anything. . I have had my last bad dealings with this circus. I would never do business with them again.Last time I dealt with them it was a delivery an owner Marvin brought it. I was due money and he handed me my order and grinned at me and left. What a way to do business.

This place has been true to there word and price for years simple mistake on a delivery owner makes it MORE than right these are great people down here and i really appreciate what they do
