Baxters - Chester-le-Street

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. One staff member was very rude and disrespected my wife. When I confronted them, things escalated, and one employee even grabbed my throat. I asked for the police to be contacted, but nothing happened, so we decided to leave with our order, which was disgusting and ended up in the bin in Chester le Street. It's essential for these people to show respect for our culture and to treat all customers and their partners with dignity.

First time I have used this place and it will probably be the last the pizza was of however the price they think they are in London not Chester.

Partly wrong order twice in a row. Ordered chips with my kebab but both times it came with salad. Chased it up last time but the food was cold by the time they delivered them. Won't bother this time but stick with other food shops in the future.

I was charged $8.50 for an 8-inch pizza, along with an additional $3.50 for delivery. This feels like a complete rip-off! I would recommend steering clear of this place at all costs.

I've been visiting this restaurant every Friday for our takeaway night with my kids, and it has always been a great experience. Unfortunately, the last two times I've ordered, I've been disappointed with what we've received. They've changed the chips and chicken nuggets, and they’re not as good as they used to be. It might be time to look for a new place.
