White Elephant Thai Cuisine At Chestermere Station

Growing up in Bangkok, Thailand, it was mandatory for me to try the food at White Elephant in Chestermere. It showed up on my Google Maps as I was driving past it. I have to say, the environment is very welcoming. The layout is open and gives you the Thai vibes for sure. I ordered Stir fried prawns with holy Basil กะเพรากุ้ง EPIC! Although it wasn't made exactly like the way it's made in Thailand, due to ingredient limitations, I completely understand and would still HIGHLY recommend trying it. You won't regret it! I will Definitely be back again next time to try even more items with my family. The best part is that it's located right across Lake Chestermere, so you get those beach ️ vibes as well as you eat the spicy Thai food. The open kitchen makes the dining area dying smoky. There was more than an hour to the closure time, but they yet refused to serve you to dine in. The curry tasted so so and not worth the price.
