My wife and I sat at a table and were completely ignored in the rudest way possible. We finally reached our breaking point and decided to leave. I recognize that the food has always been good in the past. Ratings: Food: 4, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 3.

My friend raved about how good the chicken wings are at Gilligan's. I love a good wing and look forward to Wednesday evening. The problem is we sat and waited for a server for well over twenty minutes. We asked for a server, and no one came. Major failure on that end. The wings when we finally served were five-star good.
