Dozeli Pizzeria - Chicago Heights

This was our first time ordering, I have to give this place a hands up! We order the deep dish pizza and it was fantastic! The cheese and sauce was delicious! I recommend Dozellis for a good deep dish pizza!????????

I tried Dozeli's for the first time on August 19, 2022 and ordered their deep dish SUPREME pizza. The pizza looked fantastic and tasted even better. It was a spectacular pizza in Chicago Heights! The thin crust was also amazing. I was hooked. I ordered the deep dish (Supreme) again on October 29, 2022 and it was delicious. Thank you for all your hard work!

This restaurant has been a popular choice for many locals for a long time, as many previous customers have noted. However, I am only writing this review because the management does not seem to understand the importance of good customer service. Instead of listening to and addressing customer concerns, they dismiss them and blame issues on new staff members. It is important for management to take responsibility for mistakes and work towards customer satisfaction. While I enjoy the pizza at this restaurant, I hope they make improvements to provide both excellent food and customer service.

I absolutely love the pan pizza at this restaurant. It's a favorite in Texas, and I always bring it down to my family who also loves it. The way they pack it for travel ensures that it arrives in one piece. Thank you to Dozeli in South Chicago Heights for consistently delicious food. I can't stop recommending them to everyone I know.
