I’m from Peru and my ecuatorians friends were so excited to try their food but the experience was so bad and rude!The service was awful, the girl who works as a server was unhelpful and she was so annoyed about what we want to eat. I ask for a chicken breast and she said you can’t choose, so I said I’m going to choose another dish and she said I can’t delete this dish cause you already order and we were like you just starting, she just said you should know what you want because I gave you enough time. I really wanted to leave this restaurant but for respect to my friends, I didn’t. So rude!Missing extra rice, she charge it us and when I told her that we didn’t get it. She said I can’t avoid it, here is your money, the way how she said that was rude.The price: we don’t have problems about the price but in the menu appears a price and in the check another price. The server just said I don’t know the prices, the owner put those prices, and she looked at us like you will pay or not.We paid a service charge 15%, but I’m sorry. They don’t deserve it. The worst service everrrrr.There’s better restaurants than this one.

Been there a couple of times. Service is great and the food is great.
The food at this restaurant is delicious and satisfying, but the main issue lies in the customer service. The waitstaff needs to improve their level of service and attentiveness to customers.
The food at this restaurant was excellent. The Seco de Pollo, Seco de Carne, and Patacones con queso were all delicious. My son also enjoyed the chicken nuggets. The only suggestion I have is that it would be even better if they offered chicken fingers that were not frozen. This review comes from a professional chef from New York, Alberto Parra.
