Bob's Pizza - Chicago

We really enjoy Bob's Pizza. The crust is fresh, delicious, and made in-house using just a few ingredients, including beer. The pizza sauce is rich and delightful, paired with a unique and flavorful cheese. People should definitely come here to try their pizzas. Taste preferences vary, but well-prepared, cooked food made with fresh ingredients always stands out, and Bob's embodies that. They also have fantastic value specials, more than many other places, including coupons and half-price Happy Hours. We particularly liked their thin-crust pizza, which has a wonderfully crispy New York-style base while still being soft and chewy. The menu is simple, featuring only a few items with quality ingredients, which shows their commitment to excellence.

Out of the options, I particularly enjoyed the Spinach Pesto and Stracciatella. I'm a fan of arugula on pizza, and the combination with the creamy white cheese and prosciutto was fantastic—fresh, savory, and absolutely delicious. The Korean BBQ Chicken pizza was also a standout, offering a unique twist with a sweet and tangy flavor from the BBQ sauce and kimchi. The cheese was pretty standard, but it complemented the toppings well. Each pizza comes with eight hefty slices, making the $25 price quite reasonable considering their size. While we opted for takeout, the ambiance of the dine-in area looked inviting, and I'm eager to return with a group to experience it and try their well-known pickle pizza! For a 16-inch pizza priced at $28, I expected it to have good flavor and a decent amount of toppings. Unfortunately, what I received was well-toasted bread with plenty of pepperoni, but very little sauce and cheese. Perhaps the cook just wasn't at their best that day. I'm open to giving it another try, though.

Best pizza, always. And appreciate the note and extra redemption blue cheese dressing, which is 50% of the reason we order from them. They don't just make the best pizza, they also have the best dressing/wing sauce you'll ever eat.

We got the wild mushroom pizza and OMG! It was DELICIOUS! also the Parmesan and Herb fries are a MUST if you visit Bob’s Pizza. Very good price vs quantity. ??
