Cafe #10

My wife and I visited this restaurant and had a terrible experience. We were greeted with a sarcastic, "Can I help you?" and then informed that the kitchen was closed. The staff was very unfriendly and rude. We will never return to this place again.

I came to cafe 10 yesterday because I wanted to book a birthday party. I arrived at 5:30 pm and the establishment was closed. Their website stated their hours are 11 am until 2am. That should have been my first red flag to walk away and not come back.I returned at 8:30 pm and asked the bartender about hosting a party. She indicated that the owner would be there later on. I asked if she could call him as I could not stay any later. The bartender called but there must’ve been some technical problems he could not hear and hung up then called the establishment.The bartender passed the phone to me to speak to him and he still was unable to hear me due to the fact that they had the jukebox and TV’s so loud for no reason. There were only two other patrons inside. He hung up. The bartender asked me to call from my phone in hopes he could hear me better, so I called and began to say that I am trying to host a party and all I could hear is a woman yelling “who gave you my husbands number and why are you calling?” I proceeded to explain that the bartender gave me the number to book my party while at the establishment because he was unable to hear me through her phone or the business phone. I told her I was a customer trying to book a party and she stated “I don’t care she should know better not to be giving out my husbands number” I told her she was acting unprofessional and hung up. I don’t have tolerance for ignorance. The bartender was informed to kick us out.First of all, this was the worst encounter I have experienced with a business. Secondly, the audacity she had to think anyone wants her hideous pudgy husband. I will NEVER come back here and I will be sure to let EVERYONE I know not to come to this place again!It’s evident these owners have no class and lack the bare minimum for a business establishment. They should be ashamed and embarrassed that they hold this kind of unprofessional. However, I believe it speaks volumes with their vast loss of clientele’s.

Great atmosphere, but the drinks are a bit expensive for the quality you receive.

I just walked in, and they informed me that they aren't serving food today because no cooks showed up for work. It's Friday—how does that even happen?

Great maitai the dj has a great selection of music when they don't have a dj they have a juke box with variety of music check out cafe 10 ?
