Dunkin' - Chicago

I would advise against visiting this Dunkin'. They consistently get my order wrong; this time, I received a strawberry donut with sprinkles instead of the vanilla one I requested. Unfortunately, this is the fifth time this has happened. Save yourself the trouble and don't go to this Dunkin'.

The service was incredibly friendly. This is hands down the best Dunkin' Donuts I've visited.

Fast service, friendly and clean. The ice cream was the perfect temp, consistency and fresh!

I asked for a Ice Chai Latte but i said no ice, they said they were going to charge me extra because i asked for no ice since they were going to put more of their product. Never heard that before

The management here is terrible. This franchise should be taken over by someone else, and the manager needs to be replaced. Even when I asked to use the restroom while waiting in line, she still didn't open it for me. After I made my purchase, it remained closed as well.
