Dunkin' Donuts - Chicago

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff showed a complete lack of respect and didn’t pay attention to me at all. I had to repeat my order more than five times, and they still managed to get it wrong. They messed up my order and even suggested that I get back in line. Overall, their attitude was rude and unprofessional.

They're decent, but I only go on Sundays. However, the last few times I've been there, my order has been wrong or items have been missing.

A good Dunkin location, they deal well with the high volume customer load, pretty clean for the volume, and friendly service serving typical Dunkin quality products. The drive through can get long.

Im not sure who keeps adding so much cream. how are you guys so inconsistent?

I've visited this restaurant numerous times, and my order is always accurate. The coffee is consistently fresh. The food, like the egg bagels, is well-prepared, although the eggs are processed; they are as good as can be. The staff is always friendly and pleasant.
