Everybody's Coffee - Chicago

I love the Grits here. I’ve been coming here for years and never had a problem with my dog until recently, she’s a very small service pet. The person who took our order just assumed I didn’t know the rules and told me dogs were not allowed inside. Luckily it was a gorgeous day and we wanted to sit outside anyway. But please read up on ADA, it’s exhausting having to constantly educate staff. Lastly the table outside needs to be sanded, it’s given lots of splinters. ?

Good coffee and nice staff, but I really wish they offered GF bread and bagels. A staff member told me they couldn 't because they don 't have a gluten free kitchen, but their menu does list other GF items (oatmeal, grits) and notes that those items are not celiac friendly, so it feels obvious to me that they know that they can provide that disclaimer. I think it would definitely help them live up to their name of being Everybody 's .

Delicious breakfast sandwiches (go for the Southern Californian, coffee hits the spot, and such a friendly atmosphere. Order ahead on their app too!

A classic independent coffee shop with a happy and socially conscious atmosphere. Cappuccino was excellent. Plenty of seating. Board games if you have time to kill. Some nice food baked goods. This is everything you want from a coffee shop and more.

Super delicious oatchata latte (not too sweet at all), and really nice spacious layout/peaceful environment good for working. I’ll def be back!
