Ghirardelli Ice Cream And Chocolate Shop

The Chocolate Lovers Shake was one of the best shakes I have tried! Other than the shakes, the ice creams are super!!! However, it is really pricy, and when you get your order ready, the waiters yell your name, but I wish the had something like a disk with your number on it, and when it would be ready, it would buzz. Other restaurants have those types of things, and they are good. Anyway, the atmosphere is really good, and in the night you can look out of the windows and see the fascinating lights of Chicago Downtown, light up the street! It's the best Ghirardelli! Everybody should come here and enjoy!

A good place for whose like me coffee addict they have many options and really nice guys with a great job

Cute shop...slower than seemed right based on the staff and the fact it's all cream or coffee. But go there and get a sundae...best dang hot fudge ever.

Ordered the non-dairy fudge sundae (I am lactose intolerant) and it tasted better than most vegan/non-dairy ice creams. Very smooth texture with indulgent rich fudge. Only delta is that it is pricey, $20 after tax for most items. However the views make up for the cost.

Great chocolate shake for the road. Friendly staff.
