The service was not so attentive with only one server for the entire restaurant, so you must definitely be self-confident. That said the food and the experience were great and we would recommend it.
Great flavors. I wish we had more instructions. This was our first time at GMHP, and it was not the same as previous experiences with Mongolian hotpots, because here the lid should remain on the pot. My advice would be to heed the server's timing advice, add all ingredients after the suggested time, then spoon it into your bowl, i.e., don't think about it as a piece at a time fondue. The single server was busy (to) as most tables were occupied. The broth (sp. the spicy broth) was very good., the meat and the veg servings seemed very generous. The vegetables should have been cut into smaller pieces. Overall a pleasant meal, even if I leave with an orange Polkadot shirt.
The service was slow and some of the items we ordered were omitted until we asked again. They seemed to have a problem to make reservations. The food was pretty good, but the broth was simple. The ambience is really beautiful.

Do not use an open table to book with this restaurant. I did and showed up for my reservation and they told me that they did not check for open table and we are full and could not honor my reservation.
