Hoots South Loop - Chicago

I have ordered from here several times due to the proximity to my job. I had issues with my order been stolen by a uber driver and i tried to call the restaurant 4 times to see what was going on and never did they pick the phone up. They are quick to take your money but when you need to talk to a actual employee. They don't pick the phone up which is unacceptable for a food place which has someone who works in the front.

Went to the store to get 40 pack party finally got home missing my other side of fries and crazy part I give a tip smh
