I Love Sushi - Chicago

This place has horrible service I ordered from here and got a completely different order full of stuff I never asked for. They need to close

My family and I went to the restaurant. We were sitting for 25 minutes. No sever ever came over to take our drink order. I got up and asked for a server 3 times and was told they didn’t know who would come. Several times a waiter came to other surroundingTables and failed to come to our table. This was so disappointing therefore my family and decided to get up and leave. How embarrassing. I’m ashamed a business this horrible would come to Rockford.

This place sure knows how to satisfy their customers. Constantly with a very nice demeanor. The food is fairly priced, regularly yummy and neat.

Their Chicken Teriyaki bento box was disgusting, no idea how they charge money for this. Also, it's chicken teriyaki, rice, salad, and soup, and all of it was wrong, flavorless, mushy, and unappetizing. I regret trying this place, won't ever go back.

This place has gone so far downhill. Used to be one of my favorite little lunch spots, but now their stuff is no better than grocery store sushi. Everything is pre-made and has sat in their cooler. If you're planning to eat it right away, it's too cold and the rice is mushy from sitting. Nice people behind the counter, but the food is just not what it once was. I think if they could concentrate on making things fresh, they could maybe bounce back a little bit?
