Just Salad Catering - Chicago

Fantastic food and their customer service is incredible especially Rosie! Every time I come rosie makes me feel like we are great friends and provides great service! Thank you Rosie and Just salad!

Post-Covid, I work remotely, BUT I still drive down to the Just Salad East Jackson store, as the food is amazing and the staff rock! Theresa and Linda make every visit special. Although I don 't pick up my order until 4:30-5 pm, Theresa and Linda are as pleasant as if I was the first customer of the day. Also, I have certain food allergies ,and T and L REMEMBER and ACCOMMODATE my situation. These are two employees that the company would do well to retain long-term, as they appear to be management/corporate material. In the interim, a hefty raise/bonus for both these individuals would be well-deserved.

I recently moved back to Chicago and I stopped in to Just Salad for the first. The food was good and service was even better! Rosa, was kind and helpful to walk me through the menu options and explained the Hero wraps and reusable blue bowl. I will be back soon. Thank you to all the staff

I had a salad today at Just Salad. It was really tasty. What made the experience excellent was server Aline. She walked me through how to get the salad I desired and to do it in the most economical approach. I will return. Great job Aline!Vegetarian options: Plenty to choose from including specific vegetarian dishes like a plant-based chicken burrito option.

I visited this restaurant for the first time today and I honestly can't say anything bad about it. It was earlier in the day, so service was very fast and the employees were respectful. The environment was gentle and my order for chicken noodle soup—which included a free piece of bread—was well packed, delicious and amazingly healthy.
