Lark - Chicago

Awesome food, atmosphere, entertainment, service, and people. Steak and eggs was amazing! Chef nailed it on a medium rare Skirt Steak!

We went to Lark for dinner and got to watch the Haunted Halsted Halloween Parade from the best vantage point with delicious food and good beer. The welcome, the service, everything was top notch, even on such a busy evening. The atmosphere was buzzing. Would definitely go back when in Chicago again. Seven star service! Thanks for looking after us so well.

We booked a group of 30 for drag brunch, and working with the GM Ralph was an absolute pleasure every step of the way! Food and drinks were great and the drag show was a blast we loved Pixel! Can’t wait to come back.

Food usually taste good if you ever get it. But after this past Sunday, I will not be going back. Every time I’ve been to this place, the servers forget to put your order in the system, can rarely ever find them, will wait up to 45 minutes before having to track them down, completely lack any communication skills at all. This restaurant has automatic gratuity so I guess they don’t have to work hard or at all to earn money. This Sunday, we had a busser who was busting her butt off while our server was completely MIA. A party of 6 had a $400 tab and this server didn’t deserve 20%. We were very close to grabbing the owner and making a complaint. This has been the experience every time I go here. (No, brunch was over and the restaurant wasn’t busy, I work as a server so I get things can get crazy, but this happens every single time. Also drinks are a bit over priced for the serving you get. I’ve been to 5 star restaurants which similar prices with better servings and this is no 5 star restaurant by any means. Long story short, there are better options in the area than this place. The drag shows are always fun at least!

The service was okay, it was a super casual environment so I didn't mind at all. Good after work spot for sure! The food was good but nothing special or mind blowing, you get exactly what you ask for, nothing more and nothing less. Everyone in my group got a different Moscow mule flavor, all were good but super sweet.
