My friends and I ordered a chicken, roasted rice, ginger-church fish fillet, salt and pfeffer garnel, sweet and acidic tofu, and honey walnut war really.
We came chinatown to eat chi cafe, but it was always only open 4pm-2am, we had to reataurant for another cantonese style. the sign.
I have been living next to Chinatown for 8 years and never tried Lee Wing Wah until a friend recommended it. Now, I consider it the best spot for Chinese-American classics. Every dish is executed perfectly, from the walnut shrimp to the salt and pepper pork, peabody leaves, Fok-kin style fried rice, and fried noodles with beef and beansprouts. Each dish is excellent in its own right.
This is our favorite spot when we want affordable prices, quick service, and delicious food. My husband and I discovered this place years ago when Joy-Yee had a long line for smoothies. We are so glad we made the switch, as we prefer the food here much more.
