Contribuisci feedbackI don't know if it's just the late evening shift but the service is disrespectful. You will stand there for a long without being serviced let alone being acknowledged. And if you ask a question about service, still with looks like 2 managers. One being on the phone texting aroubd food, still no acknowledgement no apologies. I am disappointed and dissatisfied.
I used my free fry code for fryday and they charged me and it costed 8 dollars. i’m done with mcdonald’s. the fries were good. service trash.Food: 5/5
I ordered a quarter pounder meal w/ my 6000 points. After I gave my code to the young pink hair cashier in the drive thru. She said it’s not working so I have another code. I asked for a manger she told me he does not speak English I told her professionally she needs to translate. That’s poor customer service.But my points were deducted! My sandwich was1/2 cooked! Spanish speaking manager named Germaine or Geremy was not helpful what so ever. But when I got to the 2nd window it was no problem. I’m very unsatisfied with the customer service I received. I come to this location every other literally. I spend $25+ when I have my children that’s not ok

Don’t go to this location!!!They will tows your car when you inside!!What happened to my friend when we had a meal. We even showed our receipt and towing place but rude lady scream at us and and the end she showed middle finger after she refused take card only cash!Horrible experience with this place need to be better manage! And new towing company
