Panera Bread - Chicago

Why offer curbside pickup if no one brings out the order when you arrive? Additionally, they didn't provide the utensils as requested. The food was average when I came in to get it myself.

I had the chicken soup in a broth bowl, and it was creamy with a hearty amount of chicken. I wish there were more bread options besides the sourdough, as I didn't enjoy the taste of the bread that came with the soup. My order arrived within 10 minutes, and the place was clean, with a beautiful interior and exterior.

I overall enjoyed this place. While it's not particularly unique, it offers plenty of space indoors with a variety of seating options, including different types of chairs, as well as an outdoor terrace. They also have a fireplace. The coffee is decent, especially since it's complimentary with the membership.

I ordered the Asian sesame salad with chicken, but they forgot the chicken. This place feels a bit neglected. I recommend going to another restaurant for better service.

I liked this place overall. It is not fancy, but there's a lot of space inside, different kind of chairs and stools and the patio outside. Also they have a fireplace. Coffee is ok, considering that it is free with the membership.
