Decent beer, but I feel like it varies drastically from location to location.
My enjoyment of this place resides mainly on its name and my spending 2 hours riffing on finally hitting "Rock Bottom".
Server was very nice and attentive. Great cocktails. Good place to people watch along with the sounds of the city (sitting outside ) I would go again if I'm in DC.
Happy hour only available at the bar. Proportions are small and not filling. Overall Delicious food but not enough for the price.
