Subway - Chicago

Google says they close at 10pm but they lock their doors at 9pm. If they do close at 9pm they should update their hours but if they don’t they should really look into employees refusing service before actually closing time. Waste of time.

Employee was like, what did your mom just say? and I was thinking to myself, dare she say that and I, myself, can 't understand the employee with her heavy accent.

I admit it. Sometimes I just want to get in and out of a place. But when I am not rushed, I can enjoy where I go a little more, interact a little more. I had a Subway a stone 's throw away but it closed. This one is still close by, easy to get to, has parking. Friendly staff who respond to you the way you treat them. Saying Hi. What do you do recommend? with a smile let 's them know you recognize them as people not servants. Folks who work behind counters need to know what they say matters, so they talk to you, not each other. Nice folks here. I come here for subs usually foot longs. Depends on the specials, coupons. My needs are simple here. Roast beef or tuna, plenty of veggies, toasted italian or herb toasted bread, provolone, oil, vinegar oregano. Tastes great. People listen to what I ask. I saw no problem with filling the sub. They have personal ? never tried it. Convenient location, friendly staff, cost, good taste. Now if they only had a hot pastrami on rye with onions...

One off the worst service one off the worst employee champa Patel she has issues with employee as well if my wife is working there I can't meet her if I have to go out even if I am going out off states that's how there mentality is its better they shut down I would love that

I like it here but I wish they didn’t have to heat up my soap ? I wish they had it ready to go but it’s GREAT!
