The young woman working here from 12pm until around 8 or 9 in the evening had very poor customer service, but fortunately the young man was there to assist me. Otherwise, they seemed unprepared and had a somewhat unpleasant atmosphere as you enter the restaurant.
They are so rude. I told them 3 to 4xs I wanted a protein salad. then she said what brot. I didn't ask for a sandwich. my lunch break is so little time and it took 2 of them to take care of 2 of my colleagues 14 min, it should not take long for a job. I didn't want to salate anymore because the girl who visited me had to take brot out of that many. so I asked about 2 brokkoli with cheese, I only have one. that's a bad customer service. do not speak well enough English
I have had multiple frustrating experiences with this restaurant when ordering online. They do not pay attention to online orders or notify customers when their food is ready. One time, I waited 45 minutes for them to mark my order as complete, only to find out my food had been sitting on the counter for an unknown amount of time. During another visit, I arrived to pick up my order only to discover that they had not even started preparing it. The staff were in the back chatting and joking around, despite no other customers being present. When I finally called out to them, they nonchalantly acknowledged my presence and began making my sandwiches. It was clear that ordering ahead had not saved me any time, and I left feeling very dissatisfied with the service. Next time, I will just go in-person to place my order to avoid these delays.
The restaurant is very clean and has excellent customer service.
