The Apartment - Chicago

This is the best brunch I've ever attended! I absolutely love it!

In July 2023, I visited the restaurant and had a disappointing experience with the assistant manager. She refused to honor a discount card I received from my apartment building and her demeanor was quite unfriendly and unapproachable. My friend and I spent over $300 during our visit, only to be treated poorly. I strongly recommend that she receive training in customer service.

I can't really assess whether the bar is good or bad because we didn’t eat or drink there. We booked the $25 promo through OpenTable, but when we arrived, the server informed us that the promotion had expired a long time ago. Since the bar was empty, we decided to leave.

Food good music was everything and the employees were nice to our group it does get crowded so come early!!!

Best Brunch Ever! Paulina is the bomb! It was the best birthday experience!
