Willow Room - Chicago

This was my first visit since the water leak last year and it was fantastic. Our bartender, Santana, was absolutely amazing. He was attentive and friendly, making the evening even more enjoyable. I will definitely be returning with friends because of him!

We had a 7:30 reservation for 2, but ended up waiting 30 minutes to be seated. I understand that other diners had finished their meals and were chatting, but with only 4 tables and multiple people waiting for their reservation, I would have expected better service. They did offer us a complimentary glass of wine, which was a nice gesture, but a half-hour wait was not ideal. However, the food was delicious.

I paid $20 for a cheeseburger that was no different than what I could have gotten at McDonald's. The same goes for the fries. I was hoping for a more upscale burger and better quality fries for the price of $19.99. Perhaps I just ordered the wrong item.

I can't believe I've never been here. Spectacular. Food was amazing across the board, excellent service and the environment is so warm and interesting. I HIGHLY recommend!

I had the scallops and a lavender mocktail. Excellent flavors. The scallops were cooked just right, not overcooked. The waitstaff was very attentive, including to my gluten-free diet and whether we had an appointment after dinner. Excellent experience overall.
