Panera Bread - Chicopee

Food was great and service was wonderful. The manager working was very friendly

I took my girlfriend to this restaurant two days ago, and unfortunately, she found a hair in her sandwich. When I mentioned it to an employee, they apologized, but when I requested a replacement sandwich, they told me they weren't allowed to do that. I was quite surprised, especially since there was food in the sandwich as well.

Fantastic restaurant where you can enjoy delicious soup, pizza, and a variety of other dishes!

I walked in and approached the menu counter, but the staff member there didn’t acknowledge me and simply walked away, as if expecting me to use the kiosk to place my order. I decided to go to the kiosk and ordered a drink along with my meal. After getting my cup, I sampled every flavor of iced tea before heading to the order pickup counter. One employee was busy cutting something, while another was engaged in a conversation with a coworker. After a few minutes of waiting with orders piling up, the employee cutting yelled over to the other, “Hey, can I get some help over here? Orders are coming in!” I checked my watch and realized I had already been waiting 10 minutes, and my order hadn’t even been started yet.

Terrible service! I ordered 2 bowls of soup and they took over an hour to deliver!!
