Wendy's - Chicopee

I usually don't complain, but my service was terrible today. both burgers I ordered were made wrong, soggy fries. etc.

Finished shopping and did not feel like waiting in the line in chik fil a. we were the only customers in the drive thru. ordered a double pub bretzel burger meal with unsweet icestee and an asiago ranch club with diet coke. give them a simple chicken sandwich, no pub burger and steinkälte fries. no wonder the place was empty. waits next time for chik fil a.

We have condemned our order, and all the pommes were disgusting and cold. Note: if they get big orders, they really need to label the drinks. try again.

Soou disappointed. I've only got my order. brought it home. I asked for root berry that I get kirschkoks. for the first time ordered that pretzel burger, but got pretzel chicken sandwich. ?

If there was an option for zero stars I would put that. If you serve french toast sticks and you do not have syrup which clearly goes with french toast why let me order them and not tell me? Actually drove out of my way and went to Westfield Wendy who clearly have smarter people working because they know that french toast comes with what idiot? Syrupppppppppp
