We arrived at 7:30 p.m., with plenty of time before the announced closing time of 8 p.m., we were hoping to enjoy a quick meal. However, to our great amazement, not only were we not welcomed, but an employee made it clear to us by signs that she would not receive us. This attitude is unacceptable and goes against basic customer service principles. Faced with this refusal, we decided to go to the competition, where the reception met our expectations. This unfortunate experience at Burger King makes us seriously question our loyalty to this brand. We hope that by sharing our mishap, it will encourage reflection on the importance of a warm and professional welcome, until the announced closing time.
Placing an order in English feels like taking a chance on upsetting the staff, but this should not be a problem, but it is.
The worst bk in qc!! Use violent, vulgar, unpleasant. Crad and disgusting food. Do not mention your allergies because if you do, they will do so on purpose to increase the presence of the allergen (eg if you do not want mayo, they will add 3 times more than normal)... using it does not understand They don't speak French and they can't even count Canadian money!
Sometimes Not very Clean but there are fast and Bürgers tastes great.
GOOD LUCK. I'm not fluent in French so I ordered through the app. They had me standing there for 10 minutes trying to explain my mobile order to them, and another 20 waiting for an order that they would later tell me they don't have.They didn't have any issue with it when I came to the same location the other evening. Incompetent and poor system. Extremely dissapointed.
