Contribuisci feedbackUnfortunately, the service was rather bad than good.. and with the quite high price category you should really be able to expect more. We were disappointed. The dinner took forever.. until the starter at the half board (which was also a cold dish... came over 1 h! Unfortunately, the hotel has not responded to even 2 clues. Evtl. could have saved the mood here with a little reparation to the house. Also, the wellness area was unfortunately very loud by many children who love water and the pool bar was usually not occupied. Ordering was hardly possible here. And not even a bottle of water in the room. Here is urgent need for improvement in the service area.

Our stay at Gut Ising was also excellent this year. From the excellent service to the very good restaurants “Golden Pflug”, “Il Cavallo” and “Derby” to the spacious junior suite in the “Kavaliershaus” has voted everything that belongs to a one-week break at the Chiemsee. Also Til, Teo, Ida and Eni like it there.
