Kasuga Japanes Restaurant - Chilliwack

Not a very busy location but don't be deterred... great sushi here and family friendly. I always try a special roll just to try something new.

The first time I am in a Sushi place I always try the Chirachi Don Sashimi. This is how I gauge the chef's creativity. I will admit the was not the best Chirachi I have had, however, I have learned on subsequent visits there are many other dishes where the chef shines. First surprise was the Ebi Sonomono salad. It was huge and very creatively put together. The Little Mountain Roll has become my "go to" meal. Again, large portion and a medely of flavours that is had to describe. Service is always very friendly and attentive without being intrusive.

Th food was was incredible. Service was great and the atmosphere was very nice. Definetly going back.

Always excellent food and service. We eat there about once a week, and have tried most of the menu, not just the sushi.

I took my family here for dinner once and got hooked . We really like our sushi and this place did not disappoint. You need to experience it so give it a try. Local and open !
