Tim Hortons - Chilliwack

I placed and paid for a mobile order for pickup at this restaurant. When I arrived, the place was locked with a sign on the door stating they were closed. I knocked on the door and was able to retrieve my order through the drive-thru. It was frustrating that they closed the lobby but did not disable mobile ordering for pickup. Additionally, I never received my Roll Up the Rim prize with my order. Overall, my experience at Tim Hortons was extremely disappointing.

Many Tim Hortons locations are slow, whether they are dealing with new staff or need to improve their efficiency in order to reduce wait times. Other fast food restaurants usually have shorter wait times compared to Tim Hortons. However, I still enjoy the food and drinks at Tim Hortons, particularly the new eggs that taste homemade.

I enjoyed my dining experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious and served quickly. It was quite hot, so I had to wait for it to cool down a bit. The ambiance was also lovely. While the prices could be more affordable, they were not too high.

We like to go to tim hortons for our coffee and donut hole for a little snack. we go to tim hortons where they were all. so it doesn't play any role in which city they are located, they will find one or more, just ask someone, and they can tell them where the next is.

4 cars waiting in the drive thru for over 15 mins without moving. No idea what was going on, but 3 cars found a way out of the line to leave, which allowed us to do the same. What has happened to Timmys? Used to be such a good franchise. They never get orders right and drive thrus have become a nightmare.
