We tried the Barbacoa, Tinga Chicken and chorizo. All were excellent, but the Barbacoa with pico de gallo was my fav. Maistortillas are homemade. You have other menu items like Burritos and Quesadillas, but I haven't tried them yet. All seats are on picnic tables outside. There is also a bar where you can eat while pampering the living music. There were many vegetarian options and they also had flour tortillas. Just ask. If you found this review helpful
For dinner and dinner for my family of five. We have Burritos, Tacos (fish, Barbacoa and Carnita), Tostado, Sopes and Quesadilla. Everything was extraordinary except the Queen. Not enough meat and cheese. It was a little dry. That means the Burrito was the bright star. The fried beans, Mexican rice, combined with the avocado and aside and chorizo (I went with the two meat option) was pure bliss. Despite his season, this jewel of a food truck was a pleasant surprise. It is difficult to find places before the commemorative day and they are closed two days a week. Call before you plan to go. If you are in Chincoteague and want an affordable Mexican joint put it on your list.
What a great place. We originally planned to hit neighbors there for zets and dogs, but finally hit Lilys. We saw our son eat there and decide to change. I ordered three tacos, Barbacoa, Carne Asada and Chorizo, all with fresh pico de gaio. They were excellent. The stand for me was the Chorizo-Taco, followed by the Barbacoa. Nothing wrong with the Carne asada it was good only not the other two that were fantastic. There is al was a line and everything is made fresh, so expect a wait for your food, trust me, it is worth the wait.
In the city for the day and unfortunately it is the low season because a few places we wanted to try were closed. We decided to come into this area as there were many options and hoped that something would be open. That was, got the shrimp Tacos and a mango soda and it was delicious. In any case, would come back.
Best. Tacos. Ever. I got the Cajun shrimp taco (the shrimp was phenomenal) and the chorizo taco. My mom got the carnitas taco and a supe with chicken fantastic.
