Jimmy John's - Christiansburg

I went to this restaurant for dinner. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean, but the prices were a bit high. The rewards program is not great; despite spending hundreds of dollars, the most I've ever received as a reward was a pickle or a brownie.

I love this restaurant's convenient location! The service is consistently fast and the delivery drivers are always friendly. The sandwiches are delicious, well-made, and fresh, and they are always packed well. Even if there is a mistake with the order, they are quick to correct it. The manager is incredibly kind and it's clear that the entire team runs the restaurant smoothly, providing us with the delicious subs we all love.

I ordered the BBQ Ranch Chicken Sandwich, but they gave it to me in a wrap instead of on the proper bread. I did not request or order it this way, so my whole experience was ruined. It was a waste of money, and I do not recommend this restaurant if you want your order to be correct.

My sub was left on a table table in the ER at lewis gale and no one was informed it was even delivered…instructions were left on the order with the name it was supposed to be given to. Very poor service, not what i paid for or gave you a tip for!! What a joke, do not get delivery from Jimmy Johns in Christiansburg Va!

Mcporker number 17 I believe it is absolutely awesome to eat at least once a week!
