Little Caesars Pizza - Christiansburg

I ordered online and arrived 30 minutes later for pickup, only to find that my order wasn't ready even though I was told it would be. After being promised it would be ready in two minutes, I ended up waiting for an entire hour. I never received a refund for my order, and many others who were waiting with me left hungry. It was a frustrating experience.

The $5 hot and ready pizzas are no longer available, and prices have increased. However, the pizza quality remains consistent, and there are more options than I've seen in the past.

I stopped for a quick dinner after a long trip home. The food was hot and ready without any wait. The drive-thru staff were incredibly friendly and kept me smiling.

Every time I've been through, I always have to wait for pizza. Never have hot and ready to go, even if not busy

It wasnt a good experience at all...i wasnt waited on inside..got in the long line to order indrive threw..had to wait again for 2 hot and ready pizza...then not 1 person before me or after me had to wait but i was told i had to wait i wrnt inside to get my order and others who did come in was waited on but me..pizza wasnt what i wanted when i got home..this isnt the 1st time iv been treated like this is the 2nd time
