Why waste money at upscale fish and chip shops that charge twice the price for everything when you can get the same quality and freshness here for half the cost? The fish and chips are excellent, and there’s a good selection of classic Kiwi sides.

What a fantastic fish and chip shop! The battered fish was exceptional! I believe that any establishment offering great value and well-prepared food deserves a positive review.

Fish N Chips On Tory have a comprehensive menu and the prices, in my opinion, are better than reasonable. But when I saw Gemfish on their 'Fish of the Day ' selection that was it for me. The price may seem a bit off-putting at first, but when you see what you get for that price you will see that it is well worth the money. And for me it was cooked to perfection. The generouse serving of chips was absolute value for money as well. I love fish and chips and rate Fish N Chips On Tory up there with the best I 've had from a fish and chip shop. I was with two other family members who were highly complimentary of their meals as well.

I love a good meaty fish with thin crisp batter and that's exactly what I got today, not a long wait, chips were however just a bit dry, not a huge chip fan myself its just always weird getting fish n chips and not ordering chips sort of pointless. Overall I am pleased and will definitely go back for more.
