Great holiday park. the center has many entertainment options, from arkaden to swimming pools, soft play areas. children teen entertainment in two separate halls each night, all day to late in the night. decent bars, fair prices, although the restaurants are a bit expensive. tons of fun for the whole family.

The best oasis website we have. amazing pool, excellent ariel adventure and loads to do before location. 2 mini marts, gift shop, papa john’s for pizza and burger king for burger and chips etc., give the köchen chippy a miss, although there is very overpriced and clearly average! big vacation and we would go again! beautiful beaches and some great small towns near to visit. one of our highlights was actually the nature and beach hikes and discussions of the rangers paul, who was extremely knowledgeable.

We were a family of 10 ranging from all ages in various caravans, who checked in without any issues on the 6/5/22. We arrived to find our own amazing caravan was already spotlessly immaculate situated at lakeside and perfectly situated for the adventure area. We were amazed at the quality and cleanliness of the caravan. The site itself is huge and has so much to do, for the little kids and big kids alike too. We tried the tree top adventure, whilst the little ones tried the smaller one and I have to say it was amazing to see activities for the little ones other than soft play for them to do. We had a fab time on the Segway and lots of fun in the swimming pool as aswell as crazy golf. The food at the coast house was great and we had a waiter called Dillon who served out breakfast who was amazing and so so polite 1st class customer service. The entertainment was great for everyone and we all enjoyed a boogie. The park itself was very clean and well looked after and so too was the beautiful beach. One thing that did stand out for me personally was the staff... each one of them were so polite and engaging and always had a smile on their face. The team made our break away so much more enjoyable. We are already looking to come back.... thanks for one of the best holidays we've ever had

I just returned from a fantastic family vacation. The park has been updated since my last visit, and they're doing even more to expand it! The variety of options is fantastic—there's truly something for everyone. Both the park and the accommodations are well-maintained. The evening entertainment is engaging and perfect for younger family members. Although we didn't get a chance to check out the entertainment for older family members, the options look promising, so we'll make sure to do that next time. We will definitely be back!

The only drawback was the communication issues. There was little information available about where most activities were taking place, leading us (and others we met) to often waste time searching for them. Although there was a map, it didn’t specify which activities occurred at each location. We encountered an issue early on, but there was no staff available at the front (aside from security) until 9 AM. This is not ideal for a resort catering to a few thousand guests around the clock; it felt like a hotel without staff outside of regular hours. I called the reception between 9 and 9:30 AM but eventually gave up and went to the office, where the phones hadn’t even been turned on yet. Once there, the receptionist was more helpful and managed to find someone to assist us. Another day, we ordered food and drinks in the main arcade area using their app around midday. However, we later discovered that the bar wasn’t open and no staff were present. We had to return hours later, as there was no warning about our order, and we couldn't get our money back. These minor issues were frustrating but didn’t ruin the holiday in any way. Overall, it was a fun getaway, and the kids loved it. I would definitely recommend this place.
