Waited a hour for my order. How do you run out Chicken at dinner time? Then it takes a hour to make more

Ordered a chicken little meal with mac n cheese. The sandwiches are literally just a piece of chicken on a bun...no mayo or pickles on either sandwich! Then I get potato wedges instead of the mac n cheese. This place is horrible. Sat in the drive thru forever just for then to screw up a simple order!!

Don’t go to the Cicero, NY location. My bf and I order to famous bowl meals was not given a receipt. I tried calling the store to complain how I had a piece of raw chicken and my boyfriend got watery Mac cheese. They told me to hold and wait for manager. 15 minutes later and I’m still on hold. I then hang up and try calling back and now they aren’t answering their phone. Since they didn’t want to give me a receipt, I will gladly use my bank statement to show proof. I suggest getting ahold of me.

Better customer service for sure
