Jimmy John's - Circleville

The order I received was far from what I had requested. I ordered the #1 Pepe, which is supposed to include ham, provolone, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. I specifically asked for cucumbers, light lettuce, light ham, and for it to be cut in half, along with sweet tea. However, what I got was one slice of ham, no provolone cheese at all, a sandwich overloaded with lettuce, it wasn't cut in half, and there was no tea available at 12:30 p.m. Jimmy John's, you can do better than this.

This is a solid Jimmy John's location. It's typically not very busy during the times we've visited. We usually use the drive-thru and occasionally place our orders online or through the app. While they’re not as "freaky fast" as some other locations, the service is generally good.

The #9 Italian Sub is consistently fantastic. Ricky J. took my order at the Circleville, OH location, and he was incredibly efficient, friendly, and provided excellent customer service.

Make sure to keep an eye on the woman preparing your food. She took cash and cards at the register while wearing gloves, then immediately turned around to start making sandwiches. When I mentioned something about it, she seemed to find it amusing, as evidenced by the smirk on her face. And as for the so-called manager, bless his heart—let's just say I hope he's not the best they have here.

The food is often left out at room temperature before being served to customers. The store owner is verbally abusive and manipulative, while the general manager is rude and treats employees poorly. Recently, the owner has managed to drive away all but four staff members. Additionally, food, cups, bags, and napkins that fall on the floor are picked up and served to customers. I strongly recommend avoiding this place to prevent food poisoning; it’s better to make your own sandwiches. This restaurant mistreats its employees and overcharges for food that comes from a dirty establishment.
