When we went inside to inquire, we had to endure an additional 10-minute wait. When we asked to speak with the manager, they responded, "We don’t know where our manager is!" How can you not know who your manager is? On top of everything else, we came home without any forks or utensils. At this point, if I want chicken, I think I'll just go to Popeyes, even though it’s almost an hour away. This restaurant is just not worth the trip at all.

We ordered families dinner we got all but our l5 meal well we saw and ended up getting it. I got home and there?s hair all threw the breading and our frys were all mush. I?ve called to try to get food replaced but I get voicemail every time.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered two famous bowls, a kid's popcorn meal, an individual mac and cheese, and a fish and shrimp meal, all for nearly $40. The famous bowls were barely filled, only a quarter full, and there was hardly any popcorn chicken in them. The fish and shrimp meal was very old and hard as a rock. To make matters worse, I found a long hair in our food, and they forgot to give us the individual mac and cheese. I tried calling to address these issues, but I couldn’t get an answer.

The food was absolutely disappointing, the worst experience I've ever had at a KFC. The famous bowl was barely half full and it didn’t even contain any corn, making it not worth the $5.99 price tag. The Nashville hot chicken tenders lacked heat; they only drizzled a few lines of hot sauce on top. I could have achieved the same level of spiciness by simply ordering regular tenders and dipping them in hot sauce myself. To top it off, part of my order was incorrect. After driving all the way back to have it corrected, the cashier was rude. I definitely won’t be returning there; both the service and the food have only declined.

Spent $70 and almost didn't get some of the chicken and sides. And they forgot to put the big chocolate cake in the bag that I bought. Never again at that KFC.
