Beautiful summer day went for a swim and to Clancy’s for late lunch previously only had breakfast , my suggestion for lunch for 3 adults We chose calamari starter, hummus starter as main’s for 2 people) and sesame coated rare tuna for me Starters were ok Tuna, a few slices but most of the dish was the slaw $32 for slaw So disappointed and views don’t fix overpriced food
I visited this restaurant many years ago and was pleased to find that the great food and ambiance are still present. The specials list was very appealing, and with the help of the staff, we decided on the pink snapper and sumac lamb backstrap for lunch. Both dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, and the view of the beachside only added to our wonderful experience.
The pull pork burger was very small and meat was dry. Wife had fish and chip which was ok a bit greasy but that’s deep fried . The views and staff are excellent. Wouldn’t rush back
I recently tried the battered fish and chips at this restaurant and was thoroughly impressed. The batter was light and moist, not like the usual dry, crispy, and burned variety. However, one member of our group found the duck salad a bit dry. The table ordering system was excellent, once we got the hang of it. The restaurant has a fantastic location with views overlooking City Beach.
