Domino's Pizza - City of Elmira

I would give this place a negative 100 stars if I could. This is hands down the worst Domino's I've ever encountered. I hadn’t heard of this location before, and now I understand why. They don’t respond to complaints, and the staff is incredibly rude. The food was a terrible mess—half raw and half burnt. To make matters worse, the delivery person attempted to collect a tip twice! All I got was a disrespectful suggestion to order more food. I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.
