Original Tommy's World Famous Hamburgers

Grew up with Tommy's, and the Dodgers, as a couple of the things i looked forward to. The original location in LA is still there, and the character shows a little at the Industry location. supposed to be in a diet, but couldn't resist.of course I'll be back.

This place has the worst food and service. I was there yesterday and ordered a Caliente chil cheese burger, chili cheese fries and a drink. I also ordered a chili burger. When I got home, I was truly disgusted with what I saw. The chili was dry and burned, my Caliente Chili cheese hamburger had NO cheese, even after I specifically asked the young man if it had cheese at the window! He said yes. The chili cheese fry's were awful! They had a huge slop of burned chili sauce on top and NO cheese! I paid $18.00 for this awful food. I suspect it had been sitting in their counter for a while and then warmed up again in the microwave. I asked for fresh food!! The food gave my son indigestion and I threw mine away! NEVER WILL I BUY THERE AGAIN. I'm asking for my money back! I tried calling 3 times and it rang forever and then someone picked up the call and hung up on me!!! DONT GO THERE!!! No wonder the place is empty and there was only one car ahead of me in the drive thru. And NO wonder there was someone's funeral car sitting in the parking lot with a skeleton sitting in the passenger side!! Really!!

I think people either love or hate Tommy's. I love it. Their chili is fantastic. This location is one of the newer locations. Store is clean and inviting. Nice outdoor seating area. Never had a problem with their service except when the drive thru gets busy can be a wait. My favorites are the chili tamale and the breakfast burrito. You can get breakfast anytime! Prices are a bit high, so I recommend following them on social media (YouTube, IG, etc) and wait for the specials which are a great deal.

Tommy's is a great place to eat they have a fantastic chili burger chili fries the places always very clean and friendly services quick prices are reasonable.Food: 5/5

The staff at the La Mirada location failed to honor the Facebook ad. I posted twice and corporate failed to make it right or even respond. I've been a loyal customer since I could drive and still advertise the chain by buying their t shirts, but I'll think twice before choosing to eat there in the future.Food: 1/5
