Dunkin' - City of Ithaca

I go here 2 to 3 times a day as a cab driver. Over the last 3 or 4 weeks this ace has gone down hill. They seem to never gave what I want. They are a doughnut muffin coffee place and seem to not know how to order or bake enough muffins on a daily basis.They should look at what's going in this town and base their food off of that. I mean 4 hours after your open you run out ofstuff with 10 hours to go for the day. Then you can order 2 coffees and they take 15 minutes to nake them. What is going on inthis store. Horrible short girl with nasty attitude attended us. Took order on drive-thru, but made the order wrong. Then she got mad that we noticed. Tried to resolve her error but in a nasty way. Will NEVER again go there for frozen chocolate Or anything! That girlneeds training. She's why some folks climb over the counter and start a brawl! Smh..

This has to be the fast Dunkin I have ever been too. Not only was service quick, my order was correct and exactly as it should have been (hot food hot, and cold drink cold).

My fiance walked into the store to order and had one of the rudest experiences ever at a Dunkin. No one at the counter so she was waiting for someone to come over, which is fine. Then Onaleisha, or whoever the 40 year old from Boston is (only know thatbecause she told it to my fiance), came over to the other register and stood there and didn?t say anything. Confused, my fiancegoes over to the other register and this lady still doesn?t say anything, just stares at her while she leans on the counter.Thinking she did something wrong my fiance then asks if she?s able to order at the register to which the lady replies ?that?swhy I?m standing here?. My fiance replied ?oh I was just expecting some sort of greeting? and she replied with ?I?ve been upsince 1 a.m. so I don?t feel like doing a song and dance for every customer?. The whole experience was just awkward and rude.I?m glad I?m from out of town so we never have to come back to this Dunkin again.
