It cooked up to a beautiful golden brown, making a stunning centerpiece on our holiday table, surrounded by roasted vegetables and our happy family. The crispy fat encased the tender, succulent meat, enhanced by a savory herb seasoning. It was a fantastic meal in every respect, and we sincerely thank the wonderful team at Piggery for their exceptional food.
Our entire family absolutely loves The Piggery! We discovered them at a local shop in Northern Virginia and have ordered from their online store several times since then. The customer service is outstanding!
I just had my first dry-rubbed pork chop with sage and rosemary, and it was incredible—juicy, tender, and absolutely delicious! The Piggery is fantastic!
We love the Piggery!!! We can never get back to regular hams for Christmas after one of their a few years. Even the fat tastes amazing! Do not think twice about buying them. I personally guarantee you to love it! Their practice of care and love with their crumbs should be the norm and not the exception, in the meat industry. And you can taste the difference! It's so wonderful to have a shop that sells humanely raised meat in the town where our daughter goes to college.
