Escorted my 11 year old here for business. Security, bar staff, waiters, cleaners, chefs are all dedicated, hard working individuals who couldnt be faulted at all. Everyone was very helpful, welcoming and friendly. He had a fantastic time.

I have been here about 3 times now, twice for meetings. Not sure why it is always relatively quiet when I go in as it is a lovely place. I think it might be because it's a bit of a building site outside at the moment. It's spacious, very nice decor, good pastries, generous drinks sizes and nice service. Same prices as the nearby grungy chains but so much better!

What a find, great cafe with just the best and most friendly lady behind the counter you could meet. Service with a massive smile, delicious Christmas cake and coffee. Cannot recommend enough.

Nice alternative to the main building whilst it undergoes refurbishment. Could be open for some of the evening however.

Very quiet and deserves to be busier. Friendly staff. Excellent cakes. Good F M teas and a strong smooth coffee. Reasonable prices.
