Ridiculous waiting time of 45 minutes for four dishes that did not even arrive at the same time, so had to make sure that we fed the children first, as they were quite hungry now. we asked not to pay the service fee and were told. we had to pay it! did not want to create a fuss, so begrudgingly paid £80 for four dishes and a pot tee. and to supplement injuries, our bells were not even full. better place to eat. lection learned.
Title says everything. 45 minutes waiting, dishes served sporadic, small portions and invite a service fee for no service. they are voting with their feet. don't go back.
We start with the positive that eating was delicious and we were set fast. it seems as though they have taken too many people into claim to provide any service, or perhaps the service is simply shocking bad, regardless of it. starter (spring rollers) came after approx. 20 minutes, no drinks yet. 2 out of 3 netzen came after another 20 minutes, no drinks yet. the drinks hunted and they finally arrived. we had finished our meal and the 3rd main course never arrived, so we canceled it. they tried to convince us to still have it and it wouldn't be long. we went back and asked for the bill. they brought it anyway and suggested we take it. obviously we just wanted to pay for it, there was never a offer to take it from the bill, no excuse, they just wanted us to take the late food and pay for it. rejected and asked for the bill, paid and quickly left. in hint would have refused to pay the service fee of 12.5%.
We sat outside, which was nice. We were four. We were only given one menu. We had to hassle them to get our order taken, but once they had done so, the food arrived quickly. The food was below average. Really not great. But okay....Overall, the restaurant was okay, but nowhere near good. There are lots of better aLternatives close by.
