It has been two days and we are still experiencing stomach issues. I highly recommend that the restaurant owner reevaluate their hygiene practices. We will not be coming back.
One area that could use improvement is the attitude of the staff, as they seemed unmotivated and not very friendly towards customers. During my visit, I observed both a senior citizen and students not receiving a warm welcome, making the service feel lacking. This experience can deter customers from returning to a restaurant, even if the food is good. Although I intended to highlight the diverse variety of South Indian and Asian fusion dishes offered at this establishment, my focus shifted due to the negative service experience. However, this issue is easily fixable, and I plan to give this place another chance in the future.
We decided to dine at this restaurant for a quick lunch after shopping and to sample some Mumbai street food. We ordered a variety of dishes to share. The menu prices were higher than expected, leading us to believe the portions would be generous. However, we were surprised when the portions turned out to be average in size. The seating was cramped and the service was slow. The food taste was mediocre and we were also charged a service fee. We will reconsider dining at this restaurant in the future.
I have been visiting this restaurant every month with a friend of mine from a very long time! The food is always amazing and the service amazing as well that is the reason we travel for about an hour to reach the restaurant. However, on...the last visit, there was a staff member A big lady with a tattoo on her hand was very rude! I have not seen her at the restaurant before. While taking our order she seemed like she was in a hurry to go somewhere and we were wasting her time. We ordered a dish which came late and when we asked her if it would take longer, again very rudely she said “Yeah! wait mins”. Then while paying at the counter I asked if they did any discount for students. Again very rudely she said, “No we don’t” (like we were asking for free food). Feeling pathetic from the service she provided I asked her not to include the service charge and again very rudely and this time a bit loud “You don’t want to pay service charge?” And it caught everyone’s attention and it was embarrassing! I have never been treated this way in any restaurant and I was quite surprised and upset considering my friend and I travel a long distance to get here, to be treated like this? The food always amazing! The other members of staff always amazing and smiling. Just this one lady ruined the whole experience. I doubt if I will dine there if I see her working on my next visit.
