DO NOT EAT HERE, HEALTH HAZARD. This has been reported to the health 8nspector.
Hard to write a review arrived for Christmas party 30 people had pre booked snd sent order and paid deposit for 3 course meal also sent menu choices two weeks prior to arrival, confirmed by head office. Upon arrival the venue did not have this detail and were planning to serve a buffet, not impressed as people had travelled from Manchester and Leeds to attend. However the manager in charge 9th December was exceptional and resolved the issue and organised for our food, I am sure the chef was not happy but absolutely delivered. What could have been a disaster turned out well. Thank you to the manager and of course the chef
Paid a £5 cover charge for USA v Holland game, few others there and let most in without cover charge. Little atmosphere for game. Then at half time had to wait the full 15 minutes for a pint. Hardly anyone at bar, I complained to manager who provided a poor excused the barman was making cocktails for one table (15 minutes? should have more bar staff on. Not a good World Cup experience.
We had an hour to kill before a show so called in here to eat....BIG MISTAKE. Ordered 2 salads, the wife ordered falafel with hers. It arrived still frozen solid in the middle. When we complained the server just shrugged his shoulders and took it away...no apology or replacement. It was even still on the bill at the end. The surroundings were filthy and dated. The cutlery and table were dirty. Please don't ask about the toilets....I did a rain forest tour in Hawaii a few years ago and the toilet in the jungle was more hygienic. The staff are sullen and rude and the prices are extortionate for the crappy food you are served. If you are in London and fancy a meal...catch two pigeons, pluck, roast and eat them before you decide to eat in Tiger Tiger....there's less chance of you catching a nasty disease. I would have given them 0 out of 5 if possible.
If you want a quick drink before a show, go elsewhere. Extremely expensive. £14.50 for a shot for southern comfort, in a plastic cup.
