The facility is always clean and they seem to always have tea on tap when I come her after 9 pm. I like the design of the facility, it can sit a lot of people. It's bigger than it looks, just take a peak next time you are undecided about what food dine in to. The best part of this location is that you are surrounded by a plethora of dessert so there is always a place to go to if you are with that special someone and you don't want the night to end.
Got hella food poisoning from this place this past Sunday. I love Chipotle and am normally a super loyal customer, but this was horrendous. Like, I've literally had E. Coli before, and that didn't hold a candle to this godforsaken experience. Clean and cook your food better. This was f ed.
One of the employees are so rude to me. I didn't come to Chipotle for this kind of bad service. The employee who worked at 1:39 pm Oct 16. Manager better checks it out.
I love Chipotle! This particular Chipotle is AWESOME. My boyfriend tried to order steak but they ran out so he had to wait. They were really apologetic about it (we didn't even wait for that long). During the wait, they offered us a cup for FREE soda. Later on, the manager came to our table, apologized for the wait and gave us a coupon for a buy one get one free for next time! If that doesn't scream excellent service, what does?! There was only one time when I was a tiny bit disappointed. I came here, ordered, and wanted Sprite but their Sprite was tasteless. I think they put club soda in the machine instead. Otherwise, I love this Chipotle!
As much as I resist the urge to eat at chain places in the city try to support the local places, especially in the East Village)....I must say that Chipotle Mexican Grill CMG) is a special situation. Yes, it was at one time owned by the McDonalds Corporation, but the original owners kept it real, didn 't tinker with their original formula for success and eventually the company IPO 'ed and if you had invested in the IPO, you would have tripled your initial investment as of this writing). But I digress..... A very simple menu: Burritos, Tacos soft/hard shell), Burrito Bols no wrap), chips, salsa, FRESH guacamole $1.50 extra), Izze beverages and inexpensive beer....oh did I mention BEER from Bud, Corona, Negro Modelo to Magic Hat)! Best bang for the buck is the vegetarian burrito you can get all the fixings: fresh cilantro infused rice, black beans, corn salsa, fresh tomato salsas including the hot, medium and mild), sour cream just a dab please), the fajita peppers and onions and guacamole FRESH GUACAMOLE) for the low price of $7.50. For the complete list of ingredients you can choose from go here: [hidden link] . Their awesome website will show you the ingredients just like the way they display it in the resto! Add a bag of chips dusted with salt and lime), the fresh tomato salsa, and a beer and you have a complete meal for less than $13..... The burritos are HUGE, that I usually split it with my better half, or take the rest home if I 'm solo so if you take that into account, you can have a satisfying, relatively healthy meal for about $6.50! The condiments bar stocks freshly cut lemons limes great to squeeze a lime into your burrito or cup of guacamole) and three types of Tabasco sauce the hot red, chipotle smoked and the less hot, but tangy green). Best thing of all, all the ingredients in Chipotle are FRESH, no moldy looking refried beans in sight....in other words, this ain 't no Taco Bell! Love the wide variety of music they play to add to your dining experience I guess they stream it to all the Chipotle 's), from bossa nova, country, indie rock to 80s, blues and jazz... Overall Chipotle is one chain that I don 't mind visiting for their gourmet burritos, tacos, chips and beer!
